Quality Control
During the last 8 years, Aanchal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has registered a phenomenal growth in the domestic as well as the international markets, all being credited to the superior quality of products manufactured by the company. To achieve, maintain, and surpass the most stringent quality standards, Aanchal Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has employed a highly qualified team of quality analysts working under a tested regimen powered by statistical tools such as Control charts and 6 Sigma techniques, and Total Quality Control etc.

Control Charts
These are statistical tools, also known as Shewhart Chart, which utilizes graphical plotting of variation in dimensional specifications against product samples, which are selected through random sampling. In its basic form, the graph features Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL), which are indicators of maximum and minimum value of the range, apart which the quality is considered sub-standard. The technique focuses on monitoring the instantaneous variation between UCL and LCL, and check it.

6-Sigma Techniques
The technique primarily focuses on bringing and maintaining processes in the highly capable zone, where the parts are produced with the specified tolerance limits. These highly capable processes that perform with six sigma quality have been specified to produce pieces at defect levels lower than 3.4 defects per million opportunities.

Total Quality Control (TQC)
The technique is employed in cases where, in spite of extensive application of statistical quality control, the sales record a declining trend. TQC remedies the situation by considering the basic parameters Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety, which have been found to be the most sorted out by customers.
